We have a minimum shipping charge of $4.99, but also offer FREE Shipping* on orders over $89.99.
At iShopSouthwest, we have tried to make shipping costs easy to understand, yet give you the options of cost vs. speed.
For most orders, shipping charges are based on the total weight of your order since that is the way all carriers price their services.
All shipping options will be shown during checkout.
Available shipping methods are USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, UPS 2 Day, and UPS Next Day, and for our foreign customers we also offer USPS Priority International Mail.
The shipping charges shown to you are absolute best estimates, we can not always guess the EXACT weight of combined items with their packaging. That is the amount you will be charged regardless of whether the actual shipping cost is a little higher or lower. You will NEVER be charged more than the amount shown unless we contact you first for approval! Mistakes do happen occasionally in our system!
* If your order is over $89.99 in merchandise, shipping is FREE** by our choice of methods (usually USPS or UPS Ground depending on weight and size). Simply choose the free shipping option during checkout. If you really wish a particular method of shipment or carrier, we will honor that but you will be required to pay the charges.
** Sorry, but FREE shipping applies only to Continental U.S. orders. Due to the extra effort involved in foreign orders and the extra credit card fees, a $3.00 handling fee is also added to international orders. You are also responsible, as the buyer, for any custom or border charges that may be applicable when your package arrives.
We typically ship all merchandise in 1-3 business days. Items that are ordered on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will normally ship out on Monday unless it is a holiday. We will contact you if there is some reason your order cannot be shipped. Please remember that the weekends are not counted as transit days.
